Clearance or Final Sale
All items with CLEARANCE in the name or description are FINAL sale items. Due to hygienic purposes the additional items listed will be final sale items with no exceptions:

- Hats and Beanies
There will be no exceptions to the items listed above in the Clearance and Final Sale policy.
We do not offer exchanges because we are unable to guarantee the size you need will be in stock by the time your return is processed. We have a very large selection of products that move very quickly.
Returns and Store Credit
Any promotional/flash sale items can be returned for store credit if they meet all of the return criteria. No exceptions all criteria must be met to qualify.
All returned items are for STORE CREDIT ONLY, no refunds. Items must be received within 14 business days of receiving the order to get a store credit. Anything after that will not be accepted, and you will be responsible for shipping costs to get it back to you. If you choose not to pay these shipping charges your items will be donated to charity after 30 days. Anything that smells of smoke, has stains, animal hair, has been washed/worn, or damaged by you will not be taken back. It must be in its original condition. If you believe you have received an item with a defect we must be contacted within 2 days of the date it was delivered to you in order for you to get a replacement. After the 2 days, there is nothing that we can offer you to cover the defected piece. You will be provided a full refund including shipping fees if the item is found to be defective. PLEASE INSPECT ALL ITEMS UPON DELIVERY TO MAKE SURE NON OF YOUR ITEMS ARE DEFECTED!
All returns must be sent back with all tags, original packaging, and all copies of shipping labels provided within the packaging.
Once we receive returns, they will be processed within 3-7 business days. You will then be given a store credit of the amount of the item minus shipping charges. We are not responsible for any shipping costs, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. This credit will be placed on the customer account that was created at checkout. If the customer checks out as a guest they will need to create a customer account in order to redeem a store credit. Please note that all store credits will expire after 90 days! Be mindful of these credits and make sure you use your funds for your next purchase. All denied returns will be donated to charity if not claimed within 30 days.
